If you are injured in a motor accident for which you are not to blame, you have a claim against the Road Accident Fund for the injuries you have suffered. Some people call this a personal injury claim, some call it an MVA - and in the old days they were called third party claims - but its all the same thing - and we have considerable experience in these matters.

To have a valid claim you need to show two requirements:
- Firstly, that you were injured in an accident for which you are not to blame
- Secondly, that you suffered injuries as a result of that collision

Clients are now, if fees are a concern, able to request a contingency fee agreement whereby we handle the case on a no success, no fee basis and if succesful take a percentage - which is usually 25 to 30% although typically this is only available for High Court matters - in terms of the Contingency Fees Act.
